I'm a marketing consultant, motivational speaker and online performance coach.
In 2021, I officially launched Action-Forward, which exists to educate forward-facing influencers, entrepreneurs and thought-leaders to use the power of social media to build new revenue streams and attract meaningful online communities.
I've also had the honor of screaming and dancing in front of crowds that make my heart explode out of my chest, even sharing stages with thought leaders like Brendon Burchard, Gary Vaynerchuk and Dr. Gabor Maté.

Before that, I was a radio personality, a television host and, at one point, a full-time blogger, committing to building my audience, putting them first and creating community from day one.
I've worn a lot of hats and often wear many at once, but the mission has always been the same: to give you the advice, strategy and tools to help you grow. (I didn't always know that, but it makes so much sense to me now.)
I’ll never take for granted the responsibility of providing inspiration, information and companionship to my people, especially during the darkest of personal and global moments. There's a lot of uncertainty in life, especially now, but there's one thing I know for sure:
